Intersections Coaching & Consulting and EAi form alliance
EAi has formed a strategic alliance with human resource consulting firm Intersections Coaching & Consulting. Intersections is a firm that specializes in team building and executive coaching and can provide EAi clients with personalized programs for strategic planning, human resource management and effective leadership. Intersections executive officer Sheila J. Norris and EAi President Ray Satterthwaite have been colleagues and friends for over 15 years and have worked together on campaigns, human resource programs and strategic planning programs. Ray Satterthwaite says, “Sheila offers an in depth personal approach to her practice based upon her strong background in coaching and experience with many clients including the Queen’s School of Business Executive Education and MBA programs.
